Our Gallery
On your way north, we suggest a fascinating boat trip to the Vestmanna bird cliffs sailing under the cliffs and into some of the grottoes (duration approx. 2 hrs). In Vestmanna there is an interesting Saga Museum which is worth a visit. Continue to the village of Tjørnuvík, surrounded by steep mountains. From here you will be able to see the unique rock formations known as the – Giant and the Old Hag – off the north tip of Eysturoy. Drive over the only bridge across the Atlantic Ocean to the village of Eiði on Eysturoy, with its unique scenery and a spectacular view of Slættaratindur (882m), the highest mountain in the Faroe Islands.
