Depart San José early and enjoy the scenic drive to La Fortuna the nearest town of Arenal Volcano, that was considered the most active volcano in Costa Rica, and now in a resting phase. In a clear day, you will have an amazing view of the volcano from your hotel. This place also is a paradise and is the ideal place for nature and adventure lovers.

Located centrally in Costa Rica along the continental divide between the Pacific Ocean and Caribbean Sea, it is home to a hugely diverse array of flora and fauna. The reserve’s elevations and location create four distinct climate zones, which host more than 3,000 plant species, 500 orchid species, 120 mammal species, 130 amphibian and reptile species and more than 400 bird species. Manuel Antonio National Park is the natural habitat of species such as the endangered squirrel monkey (endemic to the area), white faced capuchin monkey, raccoons, three and two-toed sloths, white-nosed coatis, brown pelicans, black-collared hawks, and green kingfishers. They share the space with primary and secondary forests, bursting with cedars, bully trees, black locusts, and silk cotton trees.
