    Ecuador highlights include iconic cities such as the colonial city of Quito where you can visit the Middle of the World situated at 0º0’0” latitude. Visit the Otavalo Indigenous market, the largest in the continent as well as Peguche and Cotacachi known for its weaved and leather goods. An overnight stay at the Karanki Magdalena Community Lodge belonging to the Indigenous Community of Magdalena located at the slopes of the Imbabura Volcano. Board the Liberty train from Ibarra to the Afro-Ecuadorian community to the coastal town of Salinas passing through mysterious tunnels and admire a unique biodiversity. On the way to Baños admire the highest active volcano on Earth, Cotopaxi. Take the Devil’s Nose train ride, a hair-raising trip down the rocky slopes of the Andes through some of Ecuador’s most breathtaking scenery and arrive to the charming city of Cuenca. Visit the El Cajas National Park. This area is known for its beautiful landscapes with at least 200 lagoons, like the famous La Toreadora. Your tour will end in Guayaquil.
